Verona, NJ, March 28, 2006: Data Life Associates, Inc., a leading provider of technology products and actuarial services to the life insurance industry, announced today the latest product in its offerings designed specifically for the life settlement marketplace. The Life Settlement Portfolio Analyzer software is an add-on option to their popular Life Settlement Analyzer (LSA) system. The LSA assists life settlement providers and financial entities to quickly and effectively analyze the cost of funding a given policy and determining gross purchase offerings. Unlike other pricing and funding analysis applications, LSA performs both probabilistic, deterministic and hybrid combination analysis.

The Life Settlement Portfolio Analyzer has four additional functions to compliment the LSA software:

Ø Analysis of hypothetical portfolios,

Ø Monitoring active portfolios,

Ø Tracking policy maturities and premium activity,

Ø Supporting GAAP financial reporting (based on the anticipated standards being adopted).

Modeling is user-friendly, providing analysis of ROI by such parameters as;

Ø Life expectancy,

Ø Insured life factors,

Ø Policy funding distribution,

Ø Policy counts, and

Ø Fund duration.

The Life Settlement Portfolio Analyzer provides for the first time a powerful tool enabling investor to proactively target the desired types of policies that will enhance returns and reduce risk in their overall portfolio.

These same analysis features are employed to monitor and track experience of active portfolios, the pace of maturity of a portfolio, comparing actual to expected maturity, actual to expected return on investment, and the real-time revaluation of a portfolio. Revaluation has the flexibility of using original pricing factors or your latest revised projections. Multiple funds, with varying administrative expenses are easily set up and tracked, and both deterministic and stochastic rate of return analysis are included.

The system is poised to support the new GAAP financial reporting standards as soon as they have been adopted. This upgrade will be included at no cost.
